THE PROCESS
We encourage you to read our client testimonials and check our references, as we want you to be very comfortable in choosing Lords Construction for your remodeling project. Once you decide that you would like to get started, we begin by meeting and going over what you have in mind.

First you and Tod Lords, the owner of Lords Construction, will meet to go over your plans and visualize your project, to make sure he understands your goals. Tod will then consult on the plans with his group of professionals and meet with you again to discuss any areas of concern, the time frame, and provide you with an estimate. You will be given a very detailed and thorough estimate, so you won't be surprised along the way or at the end.

Immediately, you will notice Tod's thoroughness. Tod works on-site and will be in contact with you almost on a daily basis throughout the project, keeping close track of the details through to completion.

Tod utilizes and draws upon his experience and knowledge as your project progresses, catching any areas of concern, seeking out areas where costs can be reduced, and keeping on task with all aspects of the job. This helps the project go smoothly, in keeping with our reputation and outstanding record of being on time with our projects.
